THE STORY OF A GRAND JUNCTION AUTO REPAIR INSTITUTION

Simpson Brothers Garage has been a Grand Junction auto repair institution for over 25 years. Originally owned by Link and Marva Simpson (Link started the shop with his brother, Tye, in 1990), Ron and LaDonna Walton bought the business in 2004. At the time, Ron felt he had gone as far as he could go as an automotive technician—he was already a master tech and ready for a new challenge. Running his own auto repair shop was just the opportunity he was looking for to make a fresh start for himself and his family.

AUTO REPAIR THE WALTON FAMILY WAY

Today, Ron has nearly 40 years of auto repair experience. He is an ASE Master-certified technician with Advanced Master status and 18 ASE certifications, including Master Heavy Truck and Service Advisor certifications. In the shop, Ron is very proficient at organizing our staff to maximize production hours and work flow. He is also our decision maker when it comes to difficult diagnostics and auto repairs. LaDonna is our Office Manager and Bookkeeper, as well as the glue that holds our great team together.

“Even after 14 years as a business owner, I still jump out of bed looking forward to the day ahead. I love the fast pace of running a busy auto repair shop and knowing our customers are well-treated and happy.” - Ron Walton, Owner of Simpson Brothers Garage
