Are you a people person with a passion for vehicles? Simpson Brothers Garage, a family-owned and operated auto repair shop serving the Grand Junction community since 1990, is seeking an enthusiastic Service Writer to join our team. This role is the perfect blend of customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork in a supportive and honest work environment.
Starting at $20/hour with growth opportunities.
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. No weekends or holidays.

Greet customers with a smile and listen to their vehicle concerns.
Build trust by explaining repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand way.
Create detailed repair estimates using our computer system.
Manage repair schedules, coordinate with technicians, and order parts.
Assist with end-of-day procedures, shop opening/closing, and customer follow-up.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to work onsite.
